"finding your self at home...." has always been the title of our newsletters
and for an extended period I would imagine that this is going to be the case for a lot of us....so at planet we are making changes appropriate to the times.

at present our showroom is open regular hours and we are observing the basics such as cleaning surfaces, observing social distancing practises (our large spacious showroom makes this easy and comfortable), washing our hands and looking after the health of staff.   we will keep you updated if the showroom closes temporarily in the future for any reason.

in the meantime, keep in mind that our website has a huge range of products available for purchase online from the comfort and safety of your home.
it seems unlikely that delivery services would be suspended.
you can request free gift wrapping with instructions in a message.
you also may prefer "click and collect"... for us this means that you would select the instore pick up option, however we are very happy if you call us a few minutes in advance, to bring a parcel to your vehicle at the front of our showroom... 
we are adding more products to the website in anticipation of this kind of service.... such as gift cards etc.

please don't be shy to call and discuss any request.
it may be that you remember an item from your last visit, or you would like us to email more photos of an item, or you have a question about functionality...

remember that we have carpets and bedding, mattresses, pillows, cushions and quilts, sheets, ceramics, natural fibre homewares, scarves, towels, lighting, artwork and so many other things as well as our furniture

we are developing new pieces of furniture constantly and keep in mind our custom design service. with a few basic measurements and a few photos of your space, we can discuss your needs with a phone call and then email through proposals. we do also have stock of many furniture items, ready for immediate delivery.

so we would always love to see you in the showroom

as we all get used to the new normal, things will change, but keep in mind that we are looking for new ways to look after your requirements...
as we all spend more time at home
perhaps now is the time to consider a few improvements.
changes are always an opportunity for some things to get better.
