this range by szilvia gyorgy is made from hand-thrown porcelain. porcelain in notoriously difficult to throw. it has a tendency to want to return to the memory contained within the clay before if has water in the mix. this creates soft undulating slightly rubbery tendency in the plasticity of the forms.
szilvia named the "dint" range because when the pieces are partially dried, she gently pushes pieces against each other to create their unique form. each piece is unique, so please call us for more purchase information. we also have dint pendant lights available.
