vellum pendent

this lamp shade designed and made by sam whitemen is made from a vellum animal skin hide, sometimes kangaroo or goat skins. the hide has a soft yellow translucency and is laced with leather with a simple timber peg at the top.

the shade comes with 4 meters of flex and a lamp holder and wall plug. so it can be hung from a ceiling hook and plugged into a powerpoint. alternately you may have an electrician wire it into a ceiling fixture. we have a small amount of stock
